Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Salt Lake City

Mr Rooter SLC unprofessional. 1. LATE (minus one star) Set up for a 3:00-4:00 window for arrival- they came at nearly 8pm. I called multiple times in there and kept getting "he will be there soon" and later found out the boss had a GPS tracker on the truck, knew full well the guy was over an hour away from me. 2. Did get the job done. (Plus 5 stars.) 2. Over charged. (Minus 2 stars). Agreed upon $225 for a drain line clean. He offered $50 off because they were so late- very nice, I didn't ask for that- I accepted. He then billed me $225, not the $175 we agreed upon. Said the time to drive to me was longer than he expected. Typical shifty contractor move. 3. Fixed didn’t fix billing. (Minus 1 star) A week later and only upon my research on my card I find the bill was never corrected. Honest mistake? Too busy? He didn’t fix it, I had to begin a dispute w my credit card company. I still don't have the billing fixed.

I just had a great experience with Mr. Rooter. My floor drain backed up. On a Sunday, of course. They had someone over within 90 minutes. Drain was unclogged, lines checked and even cleaned up after!
