This company is full of crooks and will do anything to take advantage of younger inexperienced homebuyers. I’ve purchased my first home 8 months ago and need to replace my water heater under warranty. During my original conversation they said it would be $150 dollars for labor, a price I was more then comfortable with. I then asked for clairification on terminology I was unaware of, then the lady on the phone told me that due to the type of water cooler I had (information I NEVER provided her) I would need to upgrade to a low nox model (my model is already an ultra low nox model), and the price would go up to $650! AFTER THE WARENTY! I’ll go to Home Depot and install it myself. If you don’t have the technical know how to do that then go ANYWHERE BUT HERE. Very disappointing that a company like this would take advantage of a young kid trying to figure out home ownership. Would give 0 stars if I could.
Best place in town for water heater replacement. Honest family owned place that's been in business since the 60's
