We called for a free estimate on a hot water heater. We had called some other companies and they all told us that we needed to replace the hot water heater whereas Pacific Plumbing Inc told us that we could just do a repair and saved us the costs.

Frank an amazing guy to work with. The company came out to fix my sewer line into the street and they where amazing! I've talked to plenty of plumbers before hand and none of them provided the know how, service, assurance and reliability like Frank. I highly would recommend to anyone needing help with their sewer needs. They covered, excavation, cleanup, pipe repair, permits, police services (required in some counties) and asphalting. I can't say enough good things about him and the company.

They performed superior work while fixing a burst pipe and broken sump pump. The technician was great even put a discount towards our final bill. I would highly recommend using them to everyone.

We talked to several companies; while all were priced similarly, Pacific Plumbing did have one of the lower prices. The real difference was that they would be less invasive (fewer holes), connect our drains, and clean up afterwards. They did exactly that and were friendly and helpful in addition. Also, they got the job done quickly, despite bad weather. We recommend without reservation - these guys are GREAT!
