I had an plumbing emergency last night and called my regular plumber. He didn't have time to get to me so I had no choice but to Google Chatsworth Plumbing... Called Curtis Plumbing Chatsworth and spoke to a live person. They put me in touch with the actual plumber right away. Very friendly and seemed as though he really was interested in helping me. Showed up just after 45 minutes and didn't waste anytime determining where the leak was coming from. Chase the plumber found the leak on a hot water recirculation line. Water was off no longer than 30 minutes and everything was back to normal besides a small hole in the ceiling. Other than that Chase cleaned up as if he was never there. Couldn't be happier with the service and most of all the confidence in which Chase handled himself. He's a true professional and hard worker. Thanks Chase and Curtis Plumbing, you made a big plumbing leak seem tiny.

My family, in their 90s, had a longstanding plumbing problem they could not resolve, but finally gave in and contacted Curtis Plumbing. I, living in Orange County, knew nothing about Curtis Plumbing or at they had been in business since the 1930s. I was understandably wary of an unknown who might take advantage of my family. BUT - we could not be more pleased. They sent out Frankie who was just perfect for the job, with 16 years under his belt with Curtis. He was patient, professional, even called me to explain every detail of what needed to be done and broke down the cost of each item. The job was more complicated than expected, but Frankie went out of his way to come up with an innovative solution. Curtis Plumbing is our go-to company from here on, and FRANKIE is our man!

Curtis Plumbing was absolutely great! When I called in an emergency situation, someone extremely polite answered. He came to my proporety in a few minutes, fixed the problem temporarily (because it needed half a long work and it was already too late) He scheduled a time for next day. The next day, he came on time, did a great job fixing the problem and helped me answering all the questions I had. I am greatly happy with their service and would absolutely recommend Curtis Plumbing to everyone.
