Josh and Dillon did a great job on a difficult project at our home. They helped us to decide on the right course of action, explained and kept us up to date on their progress, and worked tirelessly to get us back to normal. Very pleasant men with servants hearts made a positive difference to us. We are very well pleased with their work. Thank you for sending them out.

Our A/C had an issue on the forecasted hottest day of the year. We called in for service and they were able to have us scheduled for that morning. Cory was the technician and had it fixed in less than 30 minutes. We highly recommend him and Sinclair.

My husband and I were told that our AC was broken. We had several companies come out and give us estimates for a new one; Sinclair was the 5th company to come out. Mike Morin was the ONLY ONE to actually look to see if it was broken or not, it wasn't. Mike fixed our AC and gave us an estimate for a new one (ours is still very old and we know that we need a new one soon). He was able to work out a great deal for us. Mike was extremely professional the whole time he was here. He also, explained things to us and was very informative. We are very pleased with the work from Mike.

When Josh arrived, he introduced himself and shook my hand. He was very polite, saying “yes ma’am, thank you” when I offered him a bottle of water. He was patient with all my questions and very knowledgeable. Explained things so an old lady could understand. I will definitely use Sinclair again and ask for Josh.

I have used Sinclair for 6 years since I purchased my house for their quick service, reasonable call pricing, willingness to come out evenings and holidays, and honest diagnosis and system repairs. My air went out two days ago and Darin came by to find a solution and diagnosed the problem quickly. It was not good news, but he went over all of my options for repair and replacement. Given the circumstances, we chose to replace our 12-year-old existing a/c/furnace unit. He was very helpful and honest in helping us choose a model that would last and wouldn't break the bank and never tried to up-sale us on units. He gave me piece of mind with his confidence in their units. He even came back the next day and the day after to ensure that we got our unit installed ASAP with 102 degree weather in full swing. Keith and Matt provided a timely installation with no problems. Thanks to the guys at Sinclair for all of the years of great service and hope to continue using them for years to come.
