Amazing service!!! Needed a pipe capped on Good Friday after business hours and they came out no problem no fuss!! Will definitely use them if I have plumbing issues again and will recommend them to everyone I know.
Churchwell Plumbing installed a pelican whole house water system in our Lubbock home. They are the consumate professionals and exceeded expectations. This seemed to be a complicated job to me, which was handled with ease by the Churchwell plumbing professionals! All details of installation were explained and my questions answered. Gary and his employees were very courteous and a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend Churchwell Plumbing for all your plumbing needs! Mark & Karen Gray
Called Churchwell Plumbing on Monday to come out and look at my plumbing issues. All of my toilets and tubs were backed up and being 6 months pregnant the sanitary issue was a concern. When I called I was advised that there will be a $75.00 call out fee and it may be a septic tank issue that they don't handle. For the sake of at least figuring out whether it was a septic issue or a clog I still wanted them to come out. Literally, I showed the gentlemen my tub and we walked one side of the house and there wasn't a real attempt to find the sewer clean out. Just by looking at my tub and walking the side of my house I was advised that it was a septic tank issue. Due to the holidays I could not get the septic pumping company out until Wednesday to pump my septic tank. Firstly, the septic tank was not full and secondly, after it was pumped my drains were still clogged-meaning this was never a septic tank issue. I attempted to call Churchwell Plumbing back to get it resolved, however, their phone was down. After nearly 3 days with no plumbing I went ahead and reached out to another company. Mr. Wilson's Plumbing came out the same day and there was a completely different vibe. They went above and beyond to make sure my baby and I were taken care of. They came out with a motive to fix the issue, unlike the response I got from Churchwell. Needless to say, it was not a septic tank issue and the clog could have been taken care of, but Churchwell took the $75.00 and ran with it.
Churchwell did an awesome job with our trenchless sewer line repair, and charged less than half what their competitors were charging! Highly recommend churchwell, wont use anyone else.
Churchwell Plumbing was a subcontractor on a significant add on at my house. They misplaced the plumbing in two bathrooms which ended up in the middle of the room. We had planned on staining the concrete and as a result had to tile the rooms. They also neglected to add water lines for ice makers on two refrigerators. At one point after neglecting to plumb an ice maker, they returned to connect the ice maker and used the existing line for the dishwasher which was disabled. After their dismissal, we learned that they had underestimated our gas needs for a pool addition and we had to add an additional gas line to accommodate the pool. They might be able to clean a sewer line, but I wouldn’t let them near new construction. My best description - incompetent!
