Excellent Service. Needed the water heater replace. The technicians name was Arnold. He was on time, very professional and informative. Before long the work was done and he left the place clean and tidy. Will call here again if I need more work done.

These guys are just so good from start to finish. From the first call talking to a really pleasant person instead of endless prompts, to Phil, the guy who cleaned out our sewer line and who was super nice, experienced, professional and on time and who did the work exactly as estimated at a very reasonable rate. And the follow up call I needed to make after hours to a voicemail system that works flawlessly and got the message to the right person, they clearly pay attention to the little things as well as big... it just adds up to an excellent experience worth writing about. HIGHLY recommended.

I had a plumbing emergency and needed help within 24 hours. My friend Lisa who has lived in San Jose her entire life is always a great resource when I need a referral. Several years ago she hired Water Quality Plumbing so I called them for help. They were able to get someone out to help me because it was a leak and knew that it was important. Jason came out and gave me the options I had with my water softener/filter system. I could just disconnect since I wasn't using it or the other option to continue using it. I didn't think it was still in use until it started leaking so I said let's disconnect it! He was thorough with what the cost would be of the various parts right off the bat. I asked him if he installed these systems, since this one was old, and he told me yes. He mentioned people can ask $5K-$8K for these systems so to be careful for that. He handed me a brochure and said since I was living alone in the house I didn't need anything fancy. Right away I had a good feeling about Jason and knew he was trustworthy. I know everyone is skeptical of mechanics and plumbers so not only did I appreciate the referral, but also how honest and upfront Jason was. I definitely recommend working with Jason and will in the future when I have more plumbing needs.

Had a great experience with this company! The service providers were honest, competent, friendly and efficient. We had them install a water softener and piping in our home and they patiently described how to use the softener and even identified a part from the 3rd party manufacturer that was broken, describing how to replace it and work with the softener while waiting for the part to arrive. We will ping them again when we have other plumbing needs in the future.
