I rate them pretty highly based on the fact that they said what they would do and did what they said. I had a very vexing under the slab leak. They coordinated working with a tunneling crew to uncover the pipe and then fixed the multiple leaks located. All this took several days and they were extremely sensitive to our need to be left at the end of each day with running water in at least part of the house. All in all, well done.

Knowledgable, prompt, excellent service. When above and beyond. To make sure plumbing was working correctly. Made recommendation and options. Identified what repairs were required ... and what to watch for. Highly recommend Johnson plumbing.

During the weekend, my pilot light wouldn't stay lit, so I went on Angie's List. I read all the reviews and they were good so I gave them a call. They came out 09/14/2016 and ended up finding out that the gas regulator valve was out. Have an older water heater so I ended up getting a whole new water heater. Putting new parts on an older model could end up costing more in the long run. The guy came within the time range they gave. He was very polite and professional. He even got everything done by the time I was walking out the door for work, so I wouldn't be late. If I ever need anything else I won't hesitate to call them again.
