Dallas Plumbing Company

When I needed them on the weekend of my mother’s funeral, they didn’t even answer the phone. I have purchased three Carrier AC units and two hot water heaters. Dallas plumbing did the original plumbing and AC when my house was built. I am sorry to say they are no longer going to be my company of choice. Other companies are happy to help and be there when you truly need them. Dallas plumbing has been in business to long to be this poorly run, but I guess everything changes. Call a small company that cherishes your business, not this one.

Called yesterday at 7:45 am to request A/C service. The unit was not cooling , happened overnight . Tom came out at 9:00 am and service was complete by 9:45 ! We have used Dallas Plumbing Company several times for plumbing repairs on our 40 year old house but this was the first time using your A/C service . We had already planned on the bi-annual service check later in the week. Thank you so much for saving our Fourth of July. We highly recommend your company .

Every time I called Dallas Plumbing I have received quick and excellent service. Very nice plumbers. Always on time and they explain what needs to be done. Prices are good. We won't call any other plumbing service. Thank you for the great service.

Very overpriced !!! The work quality is average

They are amazing. I am always able to get an appointment with in 1-2 days and most times day of. They always call when a service person is on their way. When entering the house they always have their shoes covered
