I had quite a bit of work done today. John came with Aaron, and together they explained to me thoroughly what needed to be done and proceeded to do a great job. They were careful with my property and surroundings, and ended up doing a quality job.
He came out on a Sunday evening for us, and literally showed up ten minutes after my husband called. He was super friendly and did a great job, too! And not expensive at all! Never using any other company except them!
Don't recommend this company at all. Very unprofessional!!They don't have the common courtesy to call you when they can't make your appointment. Very dissatisfied
Chris was the plumber that came from McAllen. He was quick to get here and went through the options thoroughly. Once he got started was very efficient and explained what was going on every step of the way. Excellent service. Emailed the picture and invoice before he left.
