Is there a RATE LOWER THAN 1 STAR???? DIdn't even use their services to be fair, but just by the way I was treated when I called for information was enough of an insight to what type of service I could expect. The man I spoke to was very rude and didn't ask me what issues I was having, just wanted to know size of tank so he'd know how much to charge me!!! Got irritated when I said I was sure what size it was.????.
