Was a little difficult scheduling the appointment but they were right on-time and the repairs were handled fast and professionally. I'd recommend Lone Star.

Stay away! I had Lone Star come out through AHS to look at my sewer line on our newly purchased home. I was immediately told I would need to replace it and that it would $3,200 plus 2 days work. I didn’t think that sounded right so I called another plumbing company and had them come out. The technician arrived and actually used a camera to inspect my sewer line. He said the line looked almost new and then he called COSATX to see when the permit had been pulled for a new sewer line. Our line is only 5 years old, in perfect condition (aside from the massive amount of hair from the previous tenants, that clogged the line), and definitely does not need to be replaced. He also said a new line with a 5 year warranty would only cost me $1,200 and a day of work. So I called Lone Star back to see if they would adjust their quote. They just bad mouthed the other company and hung up on me when I asked for a new quote. I have tried calling back several times but have been unable to reach them.

Be ware! I would give zero stars if it were an option. They won’t fully investigate plumbing problems, even hired 3-D plumbing to get a proper diagnosis. Reported the correct findings to American Home shield warranty and to Linda in the office( Good luck reaching her! She never answers her phone). Finally got the repair approved and scheduled just to have the plumbers come out on the day of the repair and do nothing because they were still basing the repair on their incorrect original diagnosis and didn’t schedule enough time or have the correct materials. Lone star is completely incompetent!!! However, 3-D plumbing was professional and knowledgeable (a much better alternative)
