Black Plumbing

Called to get an idea of a price (for a corroded pipe under the sink) and the person on the phone was quick to try to schedule an appointment but didn't want to talk about cost. I asked for a rough estimate,with the understanding that things could absolutely change upon seeing the extent of the repair necessary, and the hourly rate alone was awful, plus the cost of supplies. I said I wanted to shop around before scheduling the appointment and the person on the line got extremely rude, short and snappy. That alone made me not want to call them back. I made one phone call to a local plumber and not only had the work DONE literally within an hour and half of my call to him, but it cost me $60 less than Black Plumbing's hourly rate alone! Work on your customer service skills, then think about being more competitive in pricing. I refuse to use this company!! Rude, disrespectful and overpriced!

Terry and Ramon were great! Got us scheduled quickly and were prompt to the job. Explained things as they went and made sure everything was satisfactory before they left. Would definitely recommend Black Plumbing!

10,000.00 bid just to put in the bathtub/shower valve and header in a gutted bathroom.... had it done by local plumber for $ 600.00

Promptly called back and was able to fit me into his schedule the same day to install a garbage disposal. Friendly, efficient, and rate was reasonable. I would definitely call them again.
