Culpepper plumbing has always gone above and beyond for me over the last 12. The staff has always exceeded all expectations. Scheduling was easy. They showed up on time and completed the work in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a local reasonably priced plumber.

Today we woke up to a water heater leak. Culpepper Plumbing showed up right away and took care of the situation. They have been our plumbing company for over 15 years. As a small business, we have used Culpepper Plumbing for several years. They do not communicate that the work order request was received nor do they tell you when its completed. I even have to wait 3-4 weeks to receive an invoice. You would think after several years of requests to get status updates on work orders and invoices, they would catch on... not the case. The final straw was billing me for work they could not complete. I was billed $119 for something that wasn't fixed when they walked out the door. (I'm not sure they even showed up) I have no complaint with their pricing if the work has been completed. If you are a home owner and can be present during any of the repairs, I would recommend them. If your a small business who spends thousands of dollars a year on plumbing repairs, find another company.

We had a small water leak at the water meter. They were here within the hour.Very efficient and friendly. Will definitely use them again.
