Mr. Rooter Plumbing of New Braunfels

Mr. Rooter Plumbing was both friendly and professional. Whomever helped me when making my appointment was friendly, informative and polite. She told me Andrew would be providing the service and gave me the time he'd be on site. She also said I receive a call from him when on the way. I felt well informed. Andrew not only called but text too. Andrew arrived early. He was polite and fixed the problem quickly. Upon completion, he stayed on site until certain the leak was fixed completely when the water was turned back on. I definitely recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing for any fix you may need. Outstanding! I will contact them first for all my needs. Thank you Andrew and Mr Rooter Plumbing!!

You guys were able to come out same day, found a fix, and got it taken care of very quickly. The technician explained everything very well, was very nice, and tried to help us with ways to save money on the fix. I appreciated that so so much!!

Josh was great. He took our same day late night call to fix a broken ice maker pipe so we could have running water again. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The price was reasonable for an emergency call. Would highly recommend!
