Professional plumbers two thumbs up for Lanier plumbing.

Honest and knowledgeable. I had 2 different plumbers and a handyman try to diagnose why my hot water heater’s pilot light wouldn’t stay lit. Consensus was that it needed a new part, which they didn’t make anymore so buy a new hot water heater and replace. Lanier Plumbing came over and fixed the issue in 10 seconds. I have hot water again! The water heater itself is due for replacement so they also gave me a quote for when I purchase a new one. Their quote was honest and fair and much lower than the average quote I received. These plumbers are skilled and know what they are doing! Highly recommend

So I was very pleased with the first service from Phillip at Lanier. There was more work to do and I scheduled them to come. Supposedly they called during the week and said it would be a month because they had gotten some big jobs and that the person who was scheduling did not know what they were doing. But I didn't get a call. They just didn't bother to say they were not coming and would not be coming for a month. You might as well be dead to wait a month to repair a plumbing leak. To be honest, I have never had a contractor call and say they can not come for month after I already have an appointment. Ever. And not care about it at all when they tell you. Or try and squeeze you in. And so I won't ever be calling this poorly managed company again for something as important as plumbing.

We Love Lanier Plumbing!! David & Philip came to do a bid on some work for the house we were trying to sell. We were worried it would take a while and affect our deadline for the house to be ready. Got a bid from a well known company and Lanier's was considerably lower. I asked why, so David explained the repairs in a way I could understand, and it turned out the other company had included something that wasn't really necessary (if you know what you're doing). Needless to say, we went with Lanier and the work was done quickly, professionally, and properly. Just sold the house and we couldn't have done it without them. Will recommend them to anyone needing a good plumber.
