John from Mr. Rooter Plumbing was very informative, polite and patient because I have no idea about plumbing and we're first time homeowners. He arrived earlier than his arrival time window and the price he quoted us was fair. He provided excellent customer service and I'd definitely recommend them to anyone who is in need of a good plumber. We will DEFINITELY use them in the future for any plumbing work we have done.
