tip top plumbing

Had work done on my house and was grossly overcharged. Additionally when I had issues with the work he wouldn't return any calls. Also made many inappropriate comments that were racists and strange while working.

Spent $4,000 to replumb my house with pex. Had a minor issue. He never returned calls or texts. Had to tell insurance company not to pay him to get him to come back out. Which he did. To this point, my only complaint was unresponsive. He tells you to have a blessed day in his phone message. Like he's a good Christian. I guess they're not good blessings. Now 6 months later I'm having a problem with a commode connection problem. 6 phone messages and 6 texts asking him to call please call me. NO RESPONSE, BAD BUSINESS, JUST PLAIN RUDE. AT LEAST TELL ME TO GO $%€& off. DON'T IGNORE ME. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH BRIAN AND TIP TOP PLUMBING. HE'S NOT TOP, HE'S ROCK BOTTOM. TO BAD I CAN'T GIVE A 1/2 STAR REVIEW.

I have used Tip Top Plumbing for a couple of years and generally thought highly of it, until recently. I spent ~$4,000 to have a tankless hot water heater installed, and now it isn't working and they will not return my calls or emails. Probably a half dozen phone calls, and dozens of emails have gone unreturned over the course of a couple of weeks.

I called brian this moring to come fix a leak we hadnt had hot water since monday and the previous company we called never showed , he came out quickly and got everything fixed at a reasonable price.

Scheduled appointment for plumbing service and tip top plumbing didn’t show up. Tried calling several times over a couple of days, never answered the phone.
