AA Plumbing and Drain Cleaning

My mother had a clog in her main sewer line and called double a plumbing to come fix it. Brian Sandefur the owner, assured her he was a christian and would help her out seeing as how she is sick with cancer, MS and brain lesions so she is bed ridden. He sent a plumber the same day whom was very sketchy looking. He milled around the yard and asked where her main cleanout was then never even bothered to use it to clean out her main sewage pipe which os pretty standard. My mother got a rude call from the owner Brian Sandefur (the very same one giving himself 5 star reviews on here) and he was very irate and rude saying that mom had not paid to have his plumber clean hair out of her shower drain. Why the plumber decided to do that is anyones guess as my mother never asked him to do so, and we were told we'd be charged extra. After explaining it he promised not to charge mom for the mistake his plumber made. My mother wasnt ever able to get out of bed so when the plumber sent told her the problem was fixed she gave him the check and he left The very next day sewage backed up out of her toilet and so she called AA plumbing which I was present for and even tried to talk to Brian Sandefur. He was immediately hostile and on the defensive saying his plumber had fixes the drain and another problem was present of which we would have to pay 10 times the amount to have fixed. He cursed me, my mother refused to return her money and threatened to sue her and ruin her credit if she contested the false charges for a service not provided. This man is a crook whom says he's a christian to prey on the elderly and sick. Roto Rooter came out the next day and fixed the problem which was indeed a clogged main sewer line. Do not use these crooks and scam artists. I find it funny theyre giving themselves 5 star reviews because theyre anything but.

Brian the owner of AA plumbing and drain cleaning, made my entire experience with his company and crew outstanding. It started with my initial phone call to schedule an appointment; just talking with him made me feel very calm. As a woman, I was concerned I may get ripped off because I didn’t understand plumbing issues; but he explained to me exactly what had to be done, step by step and performed the work exactly as he had told me they would. I must give a special shout out to Neil, the guy who dug up my yard for the new sewer line installation, he made a perfectly straight line from the sewer opening to the house where the pipe connection was, over 300 feet. I was so impressed with his excellent work! Everyone who worked on the job treated me with the upmost respect and made me feel like I was a valued customer. They also passed First Utility Board’s inspection with flying colors. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the work, the clean-up, and the cost was less than I anticipated. Been referring my real estate clients to AA Plumbing... First, I have peace of mind knowing that they are bonded and insured. They have always conducted themselves professionally (i.e. been on time, did the work stated, and for a fair price). My client's have only good things to say about their service and work! Highly recommend!

I recently had AA Plumbing replace a water line in my yard. The water line had to be trenched up from the road, down the driveway, under my front yard fence line to the corner of the house. They filled in the trench inside my fence line with gravel from outside the fence line from my driveway. I called to complain and the man asked if gravel was there before, to which I stated obviously not or I wouldnt be calling to complain. The man did not have a valid response and didnt care to even apologize. They had also opened the corner part of my chain link fence and did not connect it back when they were finished. Had to have my neighbor use a come-along to close my fence back up. Poor customer service. I recommend supervising if you have them come do work on your plumbing.

I work at a bank for claims department and am filing a customer's dispute right now....wanted to see reviews to get a better picture of this company. they overcharged the customer and the customer even provided a receipt showing proof of overcharge! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Reviews listed here show they have a habit of overcharging and being untrustworthy. #HopefullyHelpful
