We are moving to Greenbrier from the Hermitage area and this company was highly recommended by a close friend, someone who is fourth generation Greenbrier! I was hopeful to add this to my list of vendors as a resource for my clients. Boy was I wrong! Thursday- I called and talked with a lady whom transferred me to a gentleman and I talked him through what we needed. When we were done he transferred me back to the lady and she scheduled my appointment for Monday at 8am. Monday-We were scheduled for four faucet installs and a new garbage disposal. This is for my personal residence. We drove 45 mins to meet them at 8am and no one was there. When I called Anita looked everywhere for my info. I had all of the info written down prices, times, services ect. She put me on hold for a while and came back to tell me that it doesn’t happen often but I fell through the cracks! So she said she could have two men for $135 and hour (instead of one man that we had scheduled for the $80 and hour. I asked if they could wave the service fee or give us a discount since they dropped the ball and she laughed and said she would have to call me back. She called back and told me that her boss said there would be no discount and they would call before they left to come out. We were desperate to have it done so we held out. They showed up at 11:11 and were done at 12:37. We had cash and the gentleman said it would $602 (he had no invoice at this point). I had to leave and go to work so my husband stayed behind to finish the details but he also had to work. He asked for an invoice and it took them 15 mins to send the 1st one. They had charged us for 2 hours instead of 1.5 hours. So he asked them to adjust the time to 1.5 hours and they sent it back the 2nd time for 1.75 hours. He asked the gentleman to call the office again and have them send it for 1.5 hours. They sent it a 3rd time and the amount was still incorrect. After a 4th time (each call and resend last over 15 mins, 15x 4= 1hour) we had our invoice and were all set. I will never ever do business with them again. We waisted a whole day and almost had our money taken right from under us! ***Also, we purchased all of our faucets at Lowe’s and had them waiting for the installers! Avoid the folks!

Excellent Service. I had them come fix a leaking water main in my basement. The old piping was frightening. They replaced it all with updated valves and made it look super clean. Excellent work. Will be using them again. Thanks

Very quick response! We have used them for years and never problem. Water heaters, toilets, water lines, even one time I thought the water line busted behind the wall...they came out and instead of just tearing the wall out the guy really investigated the situation. Turns out it wasn't a pipe at all...there was a slight spray coming off the shower head and somehow hitting the bottom of the wall! So glad he took the time to check everything before taking out the wall! I use them for our office as well. They do a great job!

Called on Good Friday morning. They came by 1pm. Fixed my clogged sink, which was REALLY clogged...in 1 hour. Very nice guys. Was pleased with service. Charged me $225 which was a lot to me - but it was worth it. Would use them again because they are close by.
