Our guy was very professional and he was very nice and polite. He took the time to explain things and made sure I was happy with our service. Hillery also got me an appointment before the end of the day (which meant I'd have to pay double). They are all about customer service and making sure you as the customer are satisfied. I'm definitely using them the next time we need service!!!! Awesome guys!!!

Great job! Both techs were very friendly, they came in figured out the issue made the needed repairs and they were gone! The charge was fair for the work that they did. They also called and asked if they could come early. Will definitely be using Hiller again!

Adair has been to our residence a couple times over the last 3 years for issues we had with a 20+ year old house (hot water heater, etc). He has been amazing every time. Pleasant, courteous, and always willing to explain, in detail, what the problem is and what the fix is. Our experiences with this gentleman is the reason we always call Hiller.

Our faucet exploded at 10pm and sent water to ceiling and flooded floor. Chase was here within 30 minutes and got the situation under control! He was pleasant and skilled. He even liked our cats! We will request him next time we need a repair or replacement. We have been looking for a company to call on with confidence! I think we may have found one! Thank you again!

Chase Vaughn is an amazing plumber for Hiller. He took his time, explained everything thoroughly, and helped us with our plumbing needs. I would highly recommend.
