The person that answered the phone was very helpful and worked to fit me into the schedule as quickly as possible making clear the after hours charge. The technician was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions without trying to sell me extra services. Also appreciate that he was careful when we discovered yellow jackets in the unit and took care of them as well.
Recently my AC went out on a Sunday. We called Choate’s becuz they’d done work for us before and were very honest. They came right out and figured out what was wrong. We needed a whole new system. The salesman came out the following day and was amazing!! He wasn’t pushy and let us decide what was best for us. Then on Wednesday they were here right on time to install our whole new heating and AC system. The guys were very friendly and worked hard. I get like they got it all in on record time. Very clean and very careful with things in my home. We’ve been enjoying our new system for a month now. It’s been awesome. I’ll tell anyone to give Choate’s a call. We’ve used them a few times for small things. Excellent customer service!!

Customer Focused! That's how I would describe Choate's to anyone that is in need of an A/C company. We had a emergency situation on a Sunday and were scrambling to find a solution. Choate's had the best rate among the companies we called and from the initial call through execution, Choate's was fantastic. Within 30 minutes after speaking to the receptionist, we received a call from the district manager who informed us an agent was deployed and would be arriving soon. Shortly after, a text message was sent with the technician's information and the ability to track his estimated arrival. Their communication and customer service practices are paramount. The tech arrived on time and fixed the issue, and we had A/C again! From start to finish, Choate's is working for you!
My experience with Choate's was not what I thought it would be. The customer service was great and so were the technicians but there was mix up from the beginning of my service call. I requested the window between 1 and 6 because I get off work at 3:15. The person that took the call stated she would notate that in my request, however at 10 a.m. I got a text saying a technician was on his way. I had to call them back and explain to them that I requested after 3:15. They told me they would have to see if they can fit me in which upset me because I had made arrangements to be there that evening. They did fit me in at 6:00p.m. I also explained to the receptionist what problems I having was with my plumbing. I needed someone to do a camera inspection because I continuously had trouble with both my toilets backing up into my tub I let them know that I was not having the problem at the moment but a previous plumber had told me that a pipe was collapse between the addition that was added on to my house. Once my technician got here he came in ran the camera through and told me that everything looked good going toward the street I asked him what was he told about my reason for needing a camera inspection. I needed him to check toward the back of the house. He told me his camera wouldn't turn that way and that he would have to take up my toilet and it was going to be $250 I feel like I wasted my money because I still didn't get the inspection on the part that I needed it on. So I'm still going to have to pay another company for the same thing because they have a camera that can reach the area without taking up my toilet. Choate's should have told me this before they did the inspection. Waste of money!
