POOR workmanship and customer service!!!! After they finished the work, several problems developed. I contacted the office and contractor several times trying to correct the issues but no response. I had to sue them in court before the owner would contact me and fix the problems.

I called A to Z for a price to reset gutters. They gave me price and said they would get it done. A week later, the gutter run in question still has not been re-attached. I called their office and they said they had no record of our scheduled work. But, we could set an appointment to look at the job later that week. Their office called me the morning of the scheduled appointment saying I had to go take pictures of the tops of the gutters and send to them before they would come out to look at the gutters. I guess being the only provider in the Memphis area allows you to do whatever you want.

Great construction company! Nice work for a nice price.
