Amazing service fixing our hot water heater first thing Monday morning! They replaced a $10 part and were on their way- could have tried to sell us a whole new one considering we’re not there, but managing this transaction from out of state! Very reliable and have integrity!

I called this company about a clogged toilet. While trying to unclog it, they found some extensive problems I never would have known about without them going above and beyond to find out what was going on with my plumbing. These issues could have caused health problems for my children! It took three days and at least 6 or 7 employees to get it taken care of, but they got everything fixed. Every single one of them was courteous and professional including the CSR at the office. Not only did they get our plumbing fixed as quickly as they could, they charged a very fair price to do it. I highly recommend this company.

I had an awesome experience today. I’ve used them in the past on several jobs - big and small. They do quality work and arrive on schedule. I called for a quote at 10 this morning and had a quote to replace a gas water heater in 3 minutes. I decided the price was reasonable and the work could be done today. I had a leak in the old water heater but had hot water so it was not an emergency. Based on my past experience with Scenic City Plumbing, I hired them for the job and didn’t call other plumbers for a quote. The job was complete by 3:00. Awesome service. Had a great experience with Scenic City the plumbers David and Tyler were very courteous and polite and took care of my problems very promptly they changed all my cutoffs under kitchen and bathroom sinks and also my toilet per my request also replaced my tub drain and overflow and replaced my kitchen sink strainer they done a great job was very professional and personable Thank you David and Tyler
