These guys are professionals and do outstanding work. In all my experience with Metro, they’ve always responded the same day. Highly recommend this company. It’s well run, and customer service is outstanding!

Had another good service done with metro and Tye Bedwell. Tye got to the location early and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Previously service: We had a quick response time (same day). The technician was polite professional and thorough. He showed up in a truck with everything he needed to do the job. This was the third time I have used Metro for plumbing, very happy all three times. I would definitely recommend Metro Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning..

They came to our business at Chattanooga Mobility and were here on time every day, worked very hard and got us up and running (new piping for plumbing) very quickly. Andy and Tollison and the whole crew were courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them!

Metro had to do a couple things for us as our septic tank backed up and it backed up in the the lines in the house. They come out the day I called both times, first to pump the tank and second to clean the drain lines. Everyone that was involved at Metro was completely professional and worked hard to make sure that we were happy. I plan to use them for other services around the house because they are easy to work with, respond quickly, and do the best that they can do.

Metro was wonderful and very responsive. Customer service is #1. Eric was knowledgable and friendly. I would have given five stars if the total price of the call was less. I think it was a little excessive just to snake a line. But, very happy my drain is unclogged!
