They were very reliable and dependable!! Reece made sure to keep me updated on the install and always answered any questions that I had with confidence and was very polite. After the install was completed he and Sam did and excellent job cleaning up. I highly recommend this company! Oh, and their price was extremely reasonable and their warranty is excellent!!

While their Workman was doing routine maintainance on my attic unit, I heard a great crash. He said everything was fine. Actually he had tripped on a connector to the pan, causing a crack where it meets the pan. Soon the pan leaked causing a big brown stain on my ceiling. The company would not accept responsibility, and refused to repair the stain in my ceiling. I do not recommend this company. They would not take responsibility for their faults, even though I was a long time faithful customer.

Reece was very polite, courteous, & timely! He and the other men worked diligently to get my A/C unit replaced! They cleaned up well after the job. Reece explained everything to me. Advanced does my bi-yearly tune-ups as well. (Clark usually comes out & he’s awesome, too!) I’m very happy with this company & all of their employees.

Our home warranty sent this company out to fix a plumbing issue. The technician inspected toilet and crawl space briefly and explained to my husband he believed we had tree roots in sewer line. He did not use any equipment to verify this. My home warranty received the plumbing report they then denied the claim because it stated tree roots were the cause. Again, this was not verified with any equipment but based on his opinion. When I spoke to the technician Joe on the phone he said he used a snake and pulled out tree roots and said it took him 20 minutes to get the snake dislodged. This is false information. My husband was home and said he did not use a snake. Our home warranty then sent out a second plumber from a different company to verify tree roots in the line using a camera. What he found was a makeup compact that was lodged. No tree roots were found. Our plumbing was fixed same day with a different company. I made an initial call to the manager and I was told to take this up with our home warranty even after I told her this was false information. My husband then called the technician Joe and he stated he must have gotten the addresses mixed up to cover himself. He told my husband he thought our plumbing issue was caused by tree roots when he was on our property. There was no address mix up. We were flat out lied to. I do not recommend them. Do not waste your time with this company. This is my first time writing a review but I am trying to make the next person aware.
