Hiller Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical

Had an excellent technician named James who did fabulous work. I was so pleased that I want him to be my main guy on my air cooling system. He was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and very kind and happy with his work -- something you don't see much anymore. I highly recommend Hiller and their staff!

Would have given a zero if I could! Did not even show up on my property to check out what was exactly and gave me a exact price of $399 and $499 just to repair a clean out port/line that's maybe a foot and a half deep. How can you give a price and you never even look at what's wrong please explain that to me!

So as to show good faith on my part, I am removing this portion of my review. I have been contacted by Josh, and we are going to try and see if we can work this out. I believe that is all you can ask for. You may not always come to an agreement, but knowing everyone made every effort to bring things together is all you can hope for. Hiller is doing just that now, and I hope for a positive outcome. Previous Reviews: Neal Lambert was incredibly, kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Hiller is amazing! Their customer service is top notch and we can’t say enough about them. They were great at communicating, prompt, and affordable. Chris is a true asset to their company. He worked quickly to resolve our issue and was friendly and professional. As first time home owners, our first plumbing issue was super stressful, but Hiller made it so easy. Thank you!

I highly recommend calling Hiller for any of your Heating and Cooling needs (we haven't had a need to call them for any plumbing or electrical needs yet, but wouldn't hesitate to do so). Twice we have called Hiller out for Cooling issues and both times the service tech was very professional, friendly, did great work and explained everything! They explained what they found, how they reached their conclusions (including showing their meter readings), what our different options were and different payment options.
