What a great experience!!! Called them today at lunch time due to a male adapter leak at the main meter. Jeff Winn was at my house early and got the job done quickly! Awesome Job! Highly Recommend!

I will never use this company again. I started using this company 20+ years ago when Fred was alive. I agreed to let them re-plumb an older but small house I rent out. They were even going to run a new line from the meter. Was called by one of the guys and given a price, I agreed and asked how long the job would take so I could inform the tenants. He said 1 whole day and of course they would be without water. He said the secretary would call and put me on the schedule. A week went by, I heard nothing. Finally I called and the girl put me on the schedule for July 15, 8am. At 9:30 my tenant texted me and asked when the workers would be there. I called and realized I wasn't on the schedule after all. They had dropped the ball big time. I should have told them to forget it at this point, this was my fault. The job got finished over the next few days, not in 1 day as I was told in the beginning. They didn't even remove the old galvanized water line, it's still in the crawl space. There was NO communication from them at all during this time, they didn't even call me when the job was finished so I could check it out. All I got was an invoice in an e-mail. I called and complained and asked to speak to the owner as I wrote a check for almost $6000. A few hours later a guy call me(not the owner) and he basically said they did nothing wrong and he even covered for the others mistakes. This was some very expensive grief that I went through!!! In the end I want NOTHING from these people, I just want folks to know the HONEST truth about my experience. I am not a friend, relative or drinking buddy of any of these employees or owners. Isn't it sad what people will do to cover their butt when they drop the ball. In this case they say I am the one lying... I WAS completely forgotten about on the morning of July 15. There WAS a total lack of communication. I was not given a written estimate up front, only a price over the phone. I TRUSTED these people to do the complete job including removing the old plumbing. An electrician doesn't leave old wiring when re-wiring a house now does he???

Our plumber, Micheal Waymen, showed up 10 minutes early to our job site. He installed a vanity, two faucets, and a kitchen sink in less than 2 hours. No questions asked, no problems, awesome service. They are now my go-to plumbers

Bryan Abell owner of Fred Weston Plumbing did a fantastic job for us on an emergency sewer line fix at our office. The work was done well, to code, and in a timely manor. Thanks for the great job, I highly recommend. Need to amend my review to include another great job December 2018 at my new office. Had to replace my old sewer line under the slab, and did it well, kept the office clean and completed the work in a timely manner.

We had a broken toilet at our corporate office. Called and had someone here within 30 minutes or so. Problem was fixed quickly! Thanks for the quick service.
