BK Plumbing is always there whenever I have a plumbing issue. Danny and Jessie were dispatched and replaced two water bibs and unclogged a dual sink bathroom vanity drains. They were courtious and professional and I am extremely satisfied with their quality workmanship. BK Plumbing is highly recommended to service your plumbing needs and their service prices are very reasonable. BK Plumbing is #1 in my book!

Technician Bill was knowledgeable and proficient. We were looking for a " go-to " plumbing company to put on our list. I believe we found the firm.

Had an estimate done and a sewage pump ordered with these folks few weeks ago. On Easter Sunday, I was having issues with my plumbing backing up. I called Bill who did my estimate and he walked me through on what to check for and I was able to fix the clog on my own. He did this while at his Easter dinner. Bill was very patient and was more than happy to help. Then for my pump install this week, not everything went as planned. Bill stayed late and didn’t moan or complain one bit. Very professional. He was adamant to make sure I was taken care of and the job was done right. It turned out a bigger pump needed to be ordered and they got it in the next day. Bill came back, got the pump in and now I’m up and running once more. Bill was a pleasure to work with. I didn’t meet the owner, but I’m confident that he ensured the logistics of the job were carried out properly and my system fixed correctly. I wouldn’t hesitate to use B K Plumbing again.

Had a leak on a Saturday. Serviceman denied fault. I asked that the serviceman do something specific (twice) and he refused. The original serviceman came out, did what I asked, and the leak was fixed. Know that I have built over 800 homes, apartments and condos. As well as hundreds of thousand of feet of commercial and industrial spaces. Would not recommend BK Plumbing, specifically due to the lack of action towards a reasonable request.

Highly impressed. Here's my story: I had a clogged kitchen drain. They sent a plumber one afternoon to fix it. He worked about 5 hours. He had to make two trips to purchase tools. One of his tools broke during his attempt to remove the blockage. Another turned out to be inadequate for the job. At the end of the day, he was unable to clear the drain. The next day they worked an additional hour and a half. This time, the drain was completely cleared and ran freely. The amazing thing was that the plumber contacted the owner and together, they decided that charging me an hourly rate for the work that had been done was unreasonable, considering the original task was simply to unstop a kitchen drain. They charged me the standard price for unstopping a kitchen drain which was $185. NO plumber will do six and a half hours worth of work for $185. (After all the labor invested, I expected to pay over $500) NEED A PLUMBER? CALL BK PLUMBING. (By the way, they are in Alcoa, I'm in Oak Ridge. They didn't even charge extra for coming such a distance.)
