I HAVE ONLY GOOD TO SAY. ANDREW ANSWERED THE PHONE AND WAS POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. SENT ANDREW OUT TO CHECK THE LEAK. IT WAS UNDER OUR CONCRETE DRIVEWAY BETWEEN TO MAIN AND OUR HOUSE. GAVE ME A GOOD ESTIMATE. CAME AND IN ONE DAY ANDREW AND HIS HELPER CUT THE DRIVEWAY, DUG UP THE YARD.RAN THE NEW PIPE AND SHUTOFF VALVE, SOWED NEW GRASS SEED, RE-CONCRETED THE DRIVE AND FINISHED IT IN A DAY. THE DID IT VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. GOD BLESS YOU . YOU KEPT YOUR WORD GOOD JOB TO 5 STAR PLUMING AND ESPECIALLY ANDREW CAR 5 STARS TO FIVE STAR PLUMBING KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

Do NOT go to this company! Just don't! About a month ago, our A/C unit was not producing heat. We called them and they came out fast and "fixed" it - until about two days ago! The unit went out again! We called someone else this time to look at the unit and he said they had a loose wire that was hitting the capacitor causing the same situation to happen again! Unbelievable! I have no idea how people believe they can go about treating others this way, this is your business! Take it from me - Go to another company!

They were able to get someone to me within 2 hours of calling, Paul was excellent. He was very knowlegable and worked really fast. He was really personable too he held a conversation the whole time and didn't make it feel awkward.you know how sometimes you get that guy that just doesn't want to be there and is super quiet and makes everything feel awkward and weird, not Paul great work ethic and sense of pride in his job. Competitive pricing and outstanding work!

First of all if you have and elderly pet that looks rough PUT IT UP AND DO NOT LET CHRIS with Five Star see it. He took pics and sent then to Animal control. Our 17 year old lab was hanging out and CHRIS felt the need to call authority's, who promptly came, took our dog and euthanized him ( he had common lympomas ) We were not giving ANY time to prove or case, our dog was put down within the hour of Robertson County Sheriff Justin Bracy picking him up. It cost us over $1000 in Lawyer fees and 3 courts dates, that tormented us for nearly 8 months. Sush a shame, it could have been handled so differently. The Judge appeared discusted with the euthanization (charges were dismissed. ) Five Star came to my home 3x in a week and a half, to the tune of $600+, 2-3 hrs each time. They couldnt ( guarantee ANYTHING because they said they needed to dig my plumbing up and do a lot of work, this was to the tune of $1400. I called Sparks plumbing who came out IMMEDIATELY and fxed the problem in 15 minutes. I have had ZERO issues.

Very very nice people. And professional, on what they do. They really are!
