the work is ok but they made me pay for his mistake they not taking responsability of what they doing wrong they said my septic tank was 3 feet deep when really it was about 20 in. deep and the company said 2 feet dig in pumping is $250 but they want to charge me $800 because they said they make too many holes on my yard the job they doing is ok but i dont like they dont respect the price they made me pay $630 for his mistake that should cost me $250

Wow. These guys are absolutely reasonable, honest, straight forward, on time, and give you feedback on how to keep everything in tip top shape. We had so many issues trying to schedule an appointment with another business that our spidey senses were tingling. However, NO ISSUES at all with Elitte. Christie responded to our emails and call with great customer service. Jeff showed up to our house on time with a smile and did a flawless job. He also gave us feedback on how to keep our tank in tip top shape. Don't look any further. These guys are the cat's meow or as they say the 'doo doo guru'.
