Our HVAC installer did a great job. He made sure to have the AC going before he left after the first day of work, (a 2 day job). My only complaint was the lack of floor protection and shoe covers when performing work indoors. Plenty of debris tracked through the house, but he did do a great job cleaning up around the furnace area indoors when the job was complete. Also, the guy delivering the new equipment was very kind but not especially careful about bumping into the walls with the equipment.

I have mixed feelings about Waterbury. They've done my heating/ac work for the past 8 years coming out every year to do routine maintenance on our aging furnace. Sometimes you get a very knowledgeable person who does things right and sometimes you don't. Twice now I've had to call them back to resolve an issue they didn't resolve the first time.

He looked at my air for 2 mins said there was a leak and that I needed a new air conditioner. I asked what part had a leak. He wouldn’t tell me cause he said it was a waste of time and that I just need a new one. Myself not knowing much and it’s my first house, I asked what I need to get and he looked to see what my furnace looked like and said I need to replace that to without actually diagnosing the problem. He told me I will be without air for awhile cause he can’t do anything and that it was going to get really hot next week and that I’m out of luck. “no good news for you” he mentioned.... I asked if they had a portable air condition until it can be fixed he said they rent them out and I’m out of luck cause they are all being used. Charged me $101.00 dollars just to look at it for 2 minutes and tell me it’s going to get hot next week and he can’t do anything for me. My husband works for a company that uses them for all the houses they build and I feel like his company should really go to someone else and not be taken advantage of. I’m very disappointed.

Waterbury has taken care of me multiple times. Have had different people out each time, and still received great customer service. This last time I had plumbing issue and Troy F. took great care of me and was very efficient and friendly. Would recommend Waterbury to anyone in the Sioux Falls area.

Our water heater went out over the weekend and Troy F fixed it and explained it may not last much longer. I discussed with husband and decided due to the great service and care Troy gave us we would replace the unit. Troy was here Monday morning by 8:30 and a new larger unit was installed. Very happy with Waterbury services.
