Called and explained what we needed, was told someone would call me back to set up an appointment. 24 hours later, no call back. Called again to see when I could expect a call - was told they were very busy. Almost a week later, still no call back. Decided to use ServiceMaster - they came out the very day after I called. Never tell customers that you’re too busy!

Only thing I disliked more than having a house fire was working with serve pro! Luckily being in construction I was able to keep them from destroying my home with lacquer. After taking 8 weeks to complete legitimately 2 weeks of work I received a 30 page bill which I went through line by line. With errors literally on every single page I was told the same thing by two people “it doesn’t matter what the bill says we did or didn’t do that’s the amount you owe.” No one ever wants to be in a situation where you have to use a remidiation company but if you do need one don’t choose this orginazation!

Ben Wilson came by, right on time, and accessed our mold situation. Ben took pictures, said he would inspect any mold areas that we wanted to show him and gave A+++++++ advice. He took his time and made sure that he answered all of our questions before leaving. I can honestly say that Ben is the most professional, thorough and knowledgeable person that I have ever dealt with. Do not hesitate to call ServPro if you ever have the need! I will definitely be keeping his business card for future reference!
