I wish I would've caught the guys name who came to my house today so everyone knows who to ask for but unfortunately I didn't. There was some minor plumbing issues when I first moved into my house and we had the repairs done over the last few days. Originally I was told a hole would have to be put in my garage to access under master bath to fix what was wrong. Annoyed, I cleaned out my garage and waited a few days for the guys to come back out and turn my bathroom and garage into a construction zone. Today the 2 different guys from piedmont plumbers came in and I told them about cleaning out the garage. He said that was unnecessary and had my bath fixed in UNDER 30 minutes. I was so pleased with how fast and professional they were. I'll be recommending everyone to these guys!

Installed dishwasher in our new home without any wood flooring under three quarters of it. Then secured the dishwasher to the countertop with a bracket. Dishwasher weight and no support underneath it ripped the bracket off and damaged the countertop. Then they came back to disconnect so everything could be repaired and left all the lines unhooked so that any dirty water and food particles from the sink spilled into the cabinet underneath the sink and all over the wood floor. We called the after hours/weekend number to get someone to come out and fix and couldn’t even leave a message because the mailbox is full. Whoever did this work is utterly incompetent.
Terrible experience with this company. Installed the plumbing in my new house. Leaks in multiple bathrooms (resulting in hardwood reinstallation), kitchen, sewage hooked up wrong (resulting in reflux into the bathtub every time the toilet was flushed) are a few of the many issues. Have tried to reach out to the company to discuss the many issues with the manager/owner but will not return my calls. Would definitely recommend going with ANYONE else in the Greenville area for your plumbing needs (especially if building a new home).
