I called Wainwright Plumbing because there was a huge mud puddle in my front yard and my water bill had doubled in two months after new water lines and meters had been installed by the city. Jared was very prompt in responding to my call, came out the afternoon I phoned, and provided a quote (very reasonable quote), then came within two days and repaired the water line and a leaky outdoor faucet. He is very professional, friendly, and the pricing is very reasonable. The job was completed neatly and in a timely manner. I was pleased with the work and will definitely call Wainwright Plumbing for any future plumbing needs that I may have. Thank you Wainwright Plumbing for great service!!!!

After paying them $285 to snake a drain and have then bust my pipe and place sheet metal over it and bury it in mud, I had to call another plumber to come fix the initial problem PLUS repair the crack they caused. Tried several times to talk with Jim Wainwright and work something out but all he would do is yell and not let us get a word in. He laughed at us and told us to "go ahead and ruin his name", so that's exactly what I'm doing. Mistakes happen, but you need to own up to them and take rresponsibility. They told us we had an old Orangeburg pipe and that it was collapsed and needed to be replaced. Quoted us $1,750.00. After we calledthe second company out, they pplaced a camera down the entire drain and found that we have one of the newer iron drains and it was not even the slightest bit collapsed. I am so glad I was smart enough not to let Wainwright plumbing dig up my whole yard (because they also said the pipe ran under my dogwood trees, and come to find out, it was a good 8-10 feet away from them), and replace a perfectly good pipe. Stay far away from these people.
