Benjamin Franklin Plumbing

Although I had a service contract with this company for both my hvac and plumbing, when I had a major plumbing issue they had the plumber call me to say that they couldn't handle it instead of someone at the main office. When I called the main office, they were unable to even suggest what my next step should be, and so now I am left without water to my house.
