Four Star Plumbing and Air Conditioning

I placed a call today to Four Star Plumbing to have my mothers toilet looked at. Brianna took to scheduling an appointment right away for Monday. After explaining my mother only has one bathroom… Brianna quickly scheduled a technician to come out today from 3-5pm. Much to my surprise I got a call around 1:15 from Ralph who stated he was 20 minutes away! Ralph showed up on time… Quickly assessed the problem… Gave me an on the spot estimate… And then performed all the work within a 30 minute time frame. His demeanor was both pleasant and reassuring from the onset of the appointment to the finish. I’ve had lots of other experiences with plumbing companies that send out 2 people to change a toilet and bill you for two times the labor. It’s refreshing to have a company honor their commitment to reasonable pricing and upfront cost analysis. We’re getting ready to change out some of the fixtures in our home and Four Star Plumbing is the company we will call.

I own a condo in Myrtle Beach but live in CT. Anytime I have an issue if any kind I just call Four Star and they go right away and fix what I need and send me the bill. They always do a wonderful job. Excellent service and very friendly service and office people. Everybody is extremely friendly and accommodating.

We received prompt service for our slow drain and Don was courteous and very knowledgeable. I asked for him specifically for the return visit to find out where the roots in our drain were. He returned and suggested a solution to our issue. Thanks Don.

I was very impressed by Leroy. He did a very professional job and did it with haste but not rushing to just complete the job. Reviewing after completion I can say nothing except respect for what he did. Hew is welcome in this house at any time.
