Very professional service and great customer service experience. The service was prompt and included a complimentary estimate of the repair and a follow up appointment. Upscale arrived on time and replaced a leaky bathtub faucet at a reasonable cost. Excellent service, highly recommended and plan to use Upscale for all my Plumbing needs.

Called them on March 5, 2018, recalled on March 7th and a tech said they forgot and to date haven't heard from nor seen Upscale Plumbing. We had to reach out to another company. I'm just at lost of words of the utterly unprofessionalism of this company. Sincerely, A Very Dissatisfied Potential Customer
