Brothers Tech Jeff G. is a very professional and knowledgeable tech. He arrived on time, introduced himself, explained what he would be doing for routine maintenance and went right to work. Upon completion of his tasks, Jeff explained what he had accomplished and answered any questions that were asked in a clear and precise manner. Jeff is most welcome to return for future needs for my cooling and heating systems.
Once again, a prompt, efficient experience. Matt D. was friendly, knowledgeable, prompt and helpful. 2nd time he has been here for regular service visit. Yes home staff at office are quite good, always returning calls quickly and are very helpful. 7/1/2019 Today Matt M. made a same day problem-solving visit. He was appropriately friendly, efficient and found problem after checking system thoroughly..Fix options explained well. 7/2/19 Tom estimator/sales came to assess needs and options. After weighing them , we chose to replace with new systems- received great discount since we are loyal service contract customers of Brothers. We chose the 12 month, same as cash payment plan, which Tom facilitated. 7/8/19. Install team of 5 came and did an amazing job (complete new 2 systems ). Did removal of old systems and installed new ones in one day. This involved working in very hot attic for one system. At day’s end, new systems worked perfectly and work areas were totally clean. Very pleased with entire experience.
usually have good guys and answer all my questions. Sometimes try to sell stuff but will take a no without a problem. The techs are clean and polite and clean all my filters and coils. They don’t complain at all. I appreciate their understanding and help.
Chris was Awesome! He was very personable and easy to get along with. I could trust what he was telling me. I felt like he knew what he was talking about and I trusted him with what I was dealing with. This is important to me when dealing with this sort of high dollar stuff. He makes your company look good!! I look forward to working with him in the future. ????
The technician Jo was very courteous, great listener, answered all questions clearly and thoughtfully. Provided information and options to remedy challenges of the parts that show wear, however, are still working: Jo inspired confidence in the Brothers service, which we have had for nearly 10 years now, by offering the best service himself.
