I first got their it was cool then I start hearing things I hate to hear I left Managment for that reason .your best friend in the talking bad about you.almost everyone their always talking about someone.you just mess up slightly they going to tell the big man when i did a job they just pointed. Had me a site by my self an if you just make a slight mistake theirs no on to help they only call when they need something.an we're I'm at it's a two man job so that one reason I didn't have time to blade the are to make sure the rain drain I had to load trucks dig up pit gravel.so that's one reason the let me go .an had to push clay dirt on a huge pile.an I would go on top of the hill on the excavator an reach done witch is 3 football fields away .so I would load trucks come down from their go-to mud pile through mud on top of hill go up to spread it with excavator an go down an push mud to he mud pile because trucks can't get close enough.an I'm sposed to blade the road an site.with a trackhoe.an I drive the truck to job sites an one morning I came out an run over the grass with left side.so my buddy soon as he got out of the truck went to his boss told them.ya he mentioned he was going to keep laying pipe.an the next day after the rain my boss who I really tried to get friends with.i think he wanted someone else when I done a damn great job I we would say it looks great he wouldn't answer.im a dam good operator not perf CT alot of things I don't know.but they want tell you exactly what they need and if I do start something he tell me no.not yet.i run dozer mostly I couldn't even take a lunch break when I'm by my self.but now I a heck of a exavator operator.any way after they many talking about me my boss sent me to the pit an wanted me to go on top of the mud with it was still wet I said that any when on top of the mud an it got stuck.itried to get it out I couldn't so I called for help they sent Dell he got in an an was trying to get it out he would spend it around hit pills of mud when he left mud was all over front glad as ll in door handle.any take your chance if you want maybe you will fit in. But me they weren't telling truth.
