Great service with a friendly and efficient response to our plumbing needs. Jacob (Jake) was on time and quickly analyzed the issue. We liked having his photo and short bio sent by text prior to his arrival by 1st Choice so we would know who to expect. Jake exhibited competence and worked with appropriate speed and accuracy. Highly recommend this company for quality work, timeliness, and technological savvy in keeping the customer up to date on their service request.

Chris Baker was very polite and professional, quick good looking install on my new water heater and great prices! I really enjoy when a technician comes out and knows how to be respectful and talkative when I speak to them. Definitely keep this guy on your team for the long haul. I will be recommending this company because of the outstanding service Chris provided to me. A++ from me and my family. OH, He also cleans up his mess unlike other plumbing company technicians I've previously had!!!!

Thomas and his team did a great job on the repiping our entire house. We bought a 70 year old home with old cast iron and copper piping that was in dire need of repair. Thomas explained everything in detail and helped me understand all the options. We ultimately decided it was best to repipe the entire house since there were so repairs and they would just keep coming over the years. His team did a great job, fit us in quickly, got everything up to code and followed up to make sure the job was done right. Thomas knows his stuff, wants to take care of you like you are his family, and makes sure his guys do a great job! If you want a reliable plumbing company, hire them!

Doubt seriously if we would ever use them again. They sent a kid out to my house who had no clue where to look for the water meter. We had a water leak at the meter. If he didn't know that water meters are usually located a few feet off the roadside in front of the house the wet spot should have given him a hint. They also didn't show up when they said they would. No I'm not a direct customer but the landlord that we rent the house from is. So this review is accurate.

Great job from Chris Baker with his timely neat work and outstanding people skills. He spoke to me and my husband and was very informative with all questions he answered. Great guy! Will reccomend this company! Good prices,friendly, timely work. Can't ask for much more.
