Great work, very professional and “QUALITY” installation is Superb!! When they arrived, THEY WORKED!! Very polite and always removed shoes before entering home, left all areas clean. Before leaving we were asked if there was anything more they could do, Work ethic and professionalism above 10 STARS!! So Blessed to support this local family business!!

I have seen Glenn Plumbing trucks around Anderson my entire life. In 2018, a couple days before Christmas, we had a MAJOR PLUMBING EMERGENCY!!!!! I called Glenn Plumbing in a panic that morning because we were expecting 30 guests that evening! Within a couple of hours they sent out these 2 guys... (my heart was like OOOOOH NOOOO!!!! My yard! My Decorations!! My Guests arriving in a few hours…..It's so muddy...I'm too stressed & way too oldish to be out there cleaning…blah, blah….are these fellas even old enough to be driving, lol)… Well, let me tell you! When I went back to that window about 30-45 minutes later to nervously check the mess and the progress…it was like they hadn't even been THERE AT ALL!!!! They were GONE!! Just Outta there!! Not only was the problem fixed but, every decoration was placed back exactly as it was when they arrived, the mud was cleaned perfectly from the walkway and I am pretty sure they must have snapped a quick before picture because ,it looked like even the fallen leaves had been so carefully placed back PERFECTLY!!!! It was a little confusing at first! I had to get reassurance from my Hubby that they had indeed done the work and I did not imagine seeing all that mud and muck earlier. ~A GAZIOLLION PERCENT SATISFIED!!! It was our PLEASURE to do business with GLENN PLUMBING COMPANY and these 2 company employees are extremely exceptional representatives of your business’ good name! I could kick myself for not getting their names because they sincerely do need to be recognized for going above and beyond that wet, soggy morning for this stressed out Grand Mother! Glenn Plumbing has been in business for about century for this very reason!! OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I would give them a 10 out of 10 stars!

Water heater started leaking bad over the weekend. Spoke with Patrick Glenn on Sunday evening, was at our house at 8am Monday morning to take a look, and had the old water heater removed, and a new tankless Rinnai installed by 2pm the same day. Friendly and professional, could not have had a better experience!

Do not use this outfit! Do not show up when they say, leave the job without saying a word and don't come back the next day....leaving you to call the office only to be told....there is no report from the technition on your property.....I can't tell you anything till he comes back to work next week! Won't use again!!!!!!

The only reason this company gets one star is because I had to put something. Had an appointment between 8am-1pm. 6 hour window. Waited and waited. Had to call them. The lady didn't know who had the work order or what time the could get here or how to get in touch with them...this was at 3pm. But when I said to cancel the appointment and I was going to call another plumber she knew how to do that!! Will never call again!!!
