Mr. Rooter of Anderson, SC handled my problem with professionalism and efficiency. The plumbing problem was diagnosed and resolved in an appropriate amount of time. The flat menu pricing of services (parts, labor, etc.) is convenient and well priced compared to competitors in the area.

We needed our septic tank cleaned out. Toilets stopped flushing and we had a back up in the shower. It was early to mid afternoon on a Sunday. Yup, they came as soon as they could and fixed our issue. We enjoyed the polite young man that did all the work. He was knowledgeable about his job and again, so polite. We highly recommend Mr. Rooter for price, quality of work and how dependable they are.

The technician came within the time scheduled and went above and beyond to do a thorough job.

I was referred to Mr. Rooter by a family member. The appointment was easy to make, with availability that didn't drag out our water inconvenience (no hot water). We've just moved, so I was panicked. The team was timely, professional, and patient. They were able to get the hot water going and noticed some possible future complications. They provided me with a detailed explanation with estimate and pictures sent via email. Our day for service was cold and pouring buckets of rain. The team could've easily pushed it off until another day, as our water heater is outdoors and uncovered. Instead of rescheduling, they simply asked for an umbrella. We were able to come up with a better solution for that and they were in and out in little time. I'm so pleased. Our new house is so much nicer with hot water! Thank you!

Should be in the negative ???? for stars. They came out an one guy was saying the n word a lot to another. He apparently didn’t kno I was on the porch where they couldn’t see me. Seemed to me he kept on talking down to the other guy. Made me feel bad for him. Any time anything was needed the one guy would go back an forth getting things. I could hear the one that was needing things talking on his phone a lot. When he pulled in he was steady on it. Seriously felt bad for the other guy. Guess he was the helper but he didn’t look like he was Appreciated by the tech.
