Great customer service and professional workers. David, Josh, and fellow worker (name?), were incredibly helpful when I was in such a bind. Can’t say enough about how much they were all appreciated!

jt was courteous and friendly and helpful during our visit today. he quickly figured out the problem and fixed it quickly. he was here within 2 1/2 hours after my call and on the weekend too!! great job!!

David R was a superstar. Called me after I made a request for emergency service (Friday evening water leak under the house), and kept in pretty constant communication with me until he was able to get here. I sent him pictures of the leak and he came with all the necessary parts to get my water back on in short order. Great guy. Great service. Highly recommend Roto-Rooter and David.

We were very, very satisfied with the professional service we received. Our service man was very nice and knowledgeable. We felt like we choose the best plumber for our problem. Will definitely use them again if we have a problem.

Doug was so nice and professional! He fixed our water problem, or I should say “no water” problem in a timely manner! The communication with the office and/or dispatcher throughout the ordeal was appreciated!
