I called DJ at 11am on a Friday for a clogged shower drain. They were able to have a guy out that afternoon so we didn't have to wait until Monday or pay Saturday overtime charges. The final bill was less than quoted which was a nice surprise. I deducted one star only because they didn't bring the correct size snake and had to return to the shop for the correct one ( even tho I told them the pipe size). However, they didn't charge me the extra time but it would have been done quicker.

Absolutely horrible experience. What should’ve been an hour job, we ended up getting charged 3 hours for because they didn’t use common sense when they saw the problem wasn’t where our clean out was in the yard and determined the problem was back at the house. However they proceeded to waste time and run the snake from the clean out to the house and it clearly didn’t work before they finally went into the house when they should’ve done that in the first place! They clearly stretched it out because they get paid by the hour. They also left the house a mess, cap on the toilet on my sink, left appliances unplugged in my basement, hose unraveled outside and didnt turn the water off before they left. Will never recommend them to anyone. We should’ve went with what we had planned on doing in the first place before calling them. Never ever again!

I can't say anything regarding the negative reviews here since I wasn't involved with any of those issues. That said, I've called DJ Hannon on three separate occasions for different jobs, and each time the receptionist was courteous and helpful. Also, the workers who came to our house were equally courteous and helpful. They resolved all of our issues and answered the probably excessive amount of questions we asked them. I would definitely call them again (I'd like to think I'll never have plumbing issues, but anyone who owns a house knows that problems are inevitable). In the end, I have nothing but positive things to say about DJ Hannon.

Called to get my lines cleared because I was having an issue with backup in the pipes. Two Technitions showed up and seen the clean out was dry but didnt want to take the equipment in the house to do it because it was too heavy....mind you they are 2 full grown men, maybe in there 30's. Enough said about that. They snake back to my house and nothing. So they lolly gagged and took their time to get into my house and made their way to the basement. Nothing again. They did a few more little things like take the back off my toilet and leave it when I have a 2 year old running around, leave my house unraveled and in my outside drain and the water on and destroyed my kitchen and dining room floor. Then I called and complained and the customer service lady was trying to make excuses as was the technitions who she had put on the phone. They charge by the hour and for them to come and look and virtually do really nothing took 3 hours so they charged me 420 dollars for nearly nothing. Never will use them ever again. Looking for a plumber? Go somewhere else!

They dug up my front yard to fix my sewer line which they did ok but they left my yard a mess they covered over it and planted grass bhut the yard has sank in several places and the grass never grew right there are patches of bare spots. I. Called and complained and the lady on the phone said it was an act of god we fixed it once we are not doing it again. So yeah they suck! Don't call these idiots!
