Had the beg to get them to my mother’s house. They came 3 times, but promised to come about 6 times. Nothing fixed. However Sammy and Bob are very personable.

Told my mother he would be there at 5pm. By 8pm he had never shown up and was ignoring her calls. Never called her back. Very bad business. Apparently can’t trust them.
