No way in the world attaching this hose, to this pipe costs 600 dollars(See photo). no itemized list for why it would cost so much no other explanation given for estimate. no follow up from manager in the agreed upon time frame. Followed up on my own with the manager. They down right refuse to explain or help identify what goes into the cost of fixing it. If you like to throw money at things with no explanation this is the deal of a lifetime for you. For the rest of us that actually want to know why a bill is the amount it is steer clear of them.

Had a leak and flooding in my basement last night. After Horizon dropped the ball (to be nice about it), I called Roto Rooter. They told me they could be out between 2p and 6p today, but the technician showed up 2 hours early! How fantastic. He found the issue, told me what it would cost and fixed it! Simple, efficient, reliable. Thank you!
