Horrible company. don't use them ever! ! Came out to do an estimate for my home warranty, all they had to do was forward that estimate to them for approval of payment. Its been 3 days for me and my family without a shower. This was supposed to be an emergency call since we can't shower and they completely dropped the ball! Never ever ever again. Told our home warranty company we never want them to come out again. Now we r stuck waiting for someone else to come out to do yet another estimate and a new waiting game. Save yourself the headache. Don't even bother calling this place.
