DJ was extremely professional. He was knowledgeable about my system, needs, and products. He explained what he was doing and showed me the problem area so I could make informed decisions. Working with an apprentice, he was patient and encouraging. I would highly recommend David Leroy Plumbing.
We were a first time customer when we called on Saturday and are glad we called David Leroy Plumbing. Our calls were returned promptly and after speaking with the on call technician we elected to wait till Monday. I knew Saturday evening when Shelly called that a technician would be at our home between 12 and 4 pm on Monday. At 2:15pm on Monday Shelly called to tell us the technician, was on his way. Andy, the technician, arrived around 2:45pm and expertly repaired our leak and reseated the toilet in about an hour. When we need plumbing services again, we will definitely call David Leroy Plumbing.
The staff is always professional, courteous and informative! They take the time to ask me questions to do their task at hand as well as answer my questions in layman's terms. I highly recommend David Leroy Plumbing!
Outstanding customer service from start to finish. The HVAC Tech, David was very professional, friendly to talk to, and knowledgeable as he completed the service update of the furnace and AC unit. He explained every thing in detail and also provided tips for throughout the year upkeep. I will be sure to keep the service plan to cover me not only for yearly free tune-ups, but discounts on service if I may need it, which I already have when they replaced my hot water heater in February. Very professional company and knowledgeable of the work they are doing!
David Leroy was very fast at responding to my request and getting help out. My laundry sink pump broke and they diagnosed it as I thought they would. The replacement fee for parts and labor was extremely high. The service technicians were nice enough (apprentice was very nice, journeyman, not so much). My real issue with their service was that they loaded up my broken pump without asking me if I wanted them to discard it. Along with it, they took my PVC piping too! So now I have to buy all new parts for the replacement, including piping (that was not bad). Bottom line, in a pinch, they will get their fast and be able to fix it. You will pay a lot for their service but I am sure their work and warranty is top notch. Just make sure you don't let them run off with parts that you still need! Also, the journeyman plumber told me I couldn't use the "$20 off for new customers" coupon from their website because it didn't qualify even though the coupon clearly states for "any service". If you have time and can wait, call a different company.
