Daflure Heating and Cooling

I don’t even know where to begin. We had someone come in on 6/1 who told us that we needed a new valve and it had to be ordered. Done. I called several times and left message asking about the status and received no answers. Finally I called in and actually spoke with someone and (though no one said it..) it was clear they had forgotten to order the part. Finally they come out today, 7/1 only to say that actually the initial assessment was completely wrong and we will need a compressor as well. Which won’t be in til 7/12. This is us going on a month without a working AC. Little to no discount offered. I went with this company because my parents recommended them but after this, I would recommend everyone stay away.

They've installed extra duct work in our basement, a furnace-mounted humidifier (best thing ever!), and have kept our furnace and AC maintained for the last two years. They are very friendly and always talk us through everything before they start any work. They've always answered our questions and have excellent customer service. I will always recommend them to everyone who needs furnace and AC service.
